How do I pay for my purchases from the online store?

 

For your best service, XANTROMANIA. suggests the following payment methods for your purchases from the online store:

 

A. With cash on delivery (exclusively in Greece).

B. By charging your credit card

C. By bank deposit

How can I cancel my order?

An order may be canceled in the following two cases:

1. Before the order is completed

During the online ordering process, you can make your "My Shopping Cart" and click on the "X" icon (Delete).

2.After completion and BEFORE shipment * of the order

You can call at (+30) 6974306685 to cancel your order. The shipping date will be communicated to you in the email you receive.

How much is the shipping cost?

A. Orders from Greece

For purchases worth more than € 40.00, XANTROMANIA offers you shipping costs. For lower value purchases, the shipping charge is € 4.50 in the case of cash on delivery (€ 2.50 for shipping plus € 2.00 for cash on delivery) or € 2.50 for shipments anywhere in Greece.

B. Orders from countries within the European Union

For purchases worth over € 120.00, XANTROMANIA offers shipping costs. For lower value purchases, the shipping charge is € 7.00. The delivery is with the Greek Post Office.

C. Orders from countries outside the European Union

For purchases worth over € 120.00, XANTROMANIA offers shipping costs. For lower value purchases, the shipping charge is € 7.00. The delivery is with the Greek Post Office.

For Orders from countries outside the European Union (Category C), customs clearance of the products in the country of delivery is an additional cost and is charged to the consignee. The charge is calculated differently for each country according to the taxes applied to its customs.

Our customer service department will fully inform you by email about the cost that will be charged to your order.

Do you ship only to Greece?

Orders and shipments are made to and from most countries of the world. Contact us at skuwakis@otenet.gr for more information.

How is the product shipped?

The courier companies with which XANTROMANIA cooperates to send e-orders are:

Shipping to Greece: ACS Courier or DOOR to DOOR

Shipping outside of Greece: ACS Courier or Greek Mail

Is there a refund?

Refund is NOT made.

If the jewel you received has a manufacturing defect or is not ordered, we will replace it at our own expense.

The procedure followed is as follows:

1. Notify the responsible department XANTROMANIA by email at skuwakis@otenet.gr or by phone at (+30) 6974306685 within the above deadline.

The prerequisites for your application to be accepted are that each product to be returned to:

1. It is in its original excellent condition, undamaged and unused, in the XANTROMANIA package.

2. Has been omitted, checked and approved by XANTROMANIA.

3. It is accompanied by the original proof and all other purchase documents.

If the above conditions are met, XANTROMANIA. is required to replace it within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt of the return of the order.

When picking up your product, we recommend that you personally check the delivered product and confirm that it remains intact.

Can I change products purchased from the online store?

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their change with another product or products strictly within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the order.

In this case, you are burdened by:

• Product transport costs

• Insurance costs

• Customs clearance fees for countries outside the European Union

If the changed product is of less value than your original order, XANTROMANIA. it will not refund your money. The cash difference is credited to the customer's name for future purchases.

The procedure is as follows:

1. Notify the responsible department of XANTROMANIA by email at skuwakis@otenet.gr or by telephone at (+30) 6974306685 within the above deadline (30 days).

2. Then you will be sent the special "Product Change" form, which you will fill out.

3. Send the above document by fax (+30) 6974306685 or email to skuwakis@otenet.gr.

Necessary conditions for your application to be accepted are each product to be changed to:

1. They are in their original excellent condition, intact and unused, in the package XANTROMANIA.

2. Has been omitted, checked and approved by XANTROMANIA

3. They are accompanied by the original proof of purchase and all other documents.

When picking up your product, we recommend that you personally check the delivered product and confirm that it remains intact.

Changing the already changed products is NOT allowed.

Can my order be delivered to a different address from my own?

Yes, we can deliver your order to a different address than the one on which the order is charged. On the order completion page, you have the option to choose whether you want the order's shipping address to be the same or different (for example, to send a gift) from the billing address.

In any case, however, please check that the details of the addresses you enter are correct.

The VAT is included in the prices?

All prices displayed on our website include VAT.

How long will I receive my order?

The DELIVERY time is within 3-5 business days, while you can pick up from our stores the same day or the next day.

If there is no confirmatory email of my order, what should I do?

If you do not receive a confirmatory email when you complete your order, please check that you have entered your email correctly. If registration is correct, please contact customer service at (+30) 6974306685 or email skuwakis@otenet.gr.

How do I know my order has been registered?

When you place your order, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order and stating the details of your purchase. When you make your order, you will receive a second email informing you of the date of delivery and delivery of your order.
